This is a 3 tier cake I created for a boy's communion. It is a chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling and vanilla bean butter cream. The cake is covered in white fondant decorated with a sugar bow and sugar bands. Also, there are hand piped swirls along the sides. This is a very versatile cake because the colors can be easily changed for a girl or other occasion.
