FCI Wedding Cake

This is a 3 tier wedding cake I made for my final project at The French Culinary Institute. This is a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, blood orange bavarian, and chocolate butter cream. It was covered in chocolate fondant and decorated with hand made sugar roses and forget me nots. Also, swirl designs were piped on the side of the cake.

Your work is not as good as you claim. I have purchased your work and it was crap! Maybe you only take care of you high end customers but every order should be given the same attention to detail and not the sloppy garbage that was my cake. I will bad mouth you every chance I can and Staten Island is a large borough but everyone know everyone!!
